Hess Industries specializes in designing and building sheet metal fabrication systems that are programmable and highly flexible. Our proprietary Demand Flow™ Sheet Metal Fabrication technologies support lean manufacturing by integrating metalforming, metal fabrication and assembly processes from coil or flat stock to finished parts, using a full range of in-house capabilities.

Hess Demand Flow systems can produce batches of fabricated parts with the same or different stock widths and seamlessly change from one model to the next "on-the-fly". Instead of building parts to finished goods inventory, Demand Flow lines allow the manufacturer to make parts based on customer orders received, adjusting "on-the-fly" to consumer demand.
